The striking beauty and unique features of 21-year-old Salome Haymanot have caught the attention of the fashion world. The young model has quickly become a rising star in the industry.
In addition to her modeling career, Salome is also a talented musician. She turned to music and singing as therapy. When she was sad about being bullied, she started writing songs. This talent led her to start working in the music industry and traveling the world. In Los Angeles where she is living, she began collaborating with creative people and has since become well-connected in the city.

One of Salome’s biggest passions is advocating for the people of Tigray, Ethiopia, where her father is from. She has been using her social media platforms to raise awareness of the atrocities that are taking place in the region, and to call for action from the international community.

She explains, “I always knew that I wanted to make a difference in the world. Growing up the way I did, I saw firsthand how unfair and unjust the world can be. But I also saw how people can come together to create change, and that gave me hope.”
“I want to use my platform to give a voice to the voiceless,” Salome explains. “The people of Tigray are suffering, and the world needs to know about it. We can’t sit by and do nothing while innocent people, including my family, are being killed and displaced from their homes.”

Salome’s activism has not gone unnoticed. She has been speaking at several international events, including one at the European Convention Center in Luxembourg, where she delivered a powerful and very emotional speech in 3 languages about the situation in Tigray. Her message resonated with people all around the world, and she has since become a leading voice for the cause.
Despite the challenges she faces, Salome remains committed to her mission. She knows that she has a responsibility to use her platform for good, and she takes that responsibility very seriously.
“I feel so lucky to have the opportunities that I have,” Salome says. “But with those opportunities comes a responsibility to make a difference. I want to use my voice to create positive change, and I won’t stop until I see that change happening.”
Salome’s story is one of resilience, determination, and purpose. She has overcome incredible obstacles to become the successful model and activist that she is today, and she is using her platform to create a better world for all.
