Our encounter with Diana Kassabov turned an ordinary day into something unexpectedly special. A former model with years of runway experience, Diana stepped onto the set with effortless confidence and eased into the shoot with natural mastery.
The minimalist set became the perfect canvas for Diana Kassabov’s radiance. Makeup, lighting and the sculptural silhouettes she wore didn’t transform her, they amplified what was already there: a woman who carries herself with unmistakable composure – feminine, seductive, yet impossibly elegant.
Through the lens, we saw a woman redefining beauty for Miami and beyond, shaped by her inherent modernity, bold spirit, and distinctive sense of self.
Miami: The home where her creativity took root

Born and raised in sun-drenched Mazatlán, Mexico, Diana grew up surrounded by vibrant local culture, which shaped her aesthetic sensibilities and love for fashion from a young age. The runway is where her earliest connection to fashion began, but she quickly dreamed beyond.
“Being backstage, speaking with designers, feeling their intensity and love to their craft – that passion was contagious. Those conversations planted the seed that fashion wasn’t just something I wore; it was something I needed to create and shaped my vision of design”, Diana recalled.
With ambition guiding her steps, she later moved to the United States – living first in California, then Orlando – absorbing the diversity and unique fashion landscapes of each city along the way. “Traveling and living in these environments taught me that fashion is deeply tied to how women live and move through the world”, Diana remembered how her travels become a integral part of her creative journey.

But it was Miami that ultimately captured her heart. The city’s multicultural rhythm, global pulse, and unmistakable glamour became the creative foundation she had been searching for. “There’s no such thing as being overdressed” is one fashion rule the city has taught her. Together with the lessons and the inspiring women she met throughout her journey, Diana developed a richly layered cultural and artistic perspective.
For the past fourteen years, Miami has been both muse and home – where she continues to build her life with her husband, technology entrepreneur Peter Kassabov.
Designing for women, inspired by women

The year 2019 marked a defining shift in Diana’s path, when she finally opened her own fashion label. “Growing up in an all-women family, surrounded by strong female energy where my family always encourage me to be the best version of me and be confident was a big part of my life, and now living in Miami, where confidence is almost a language, shaped how I see fashion”.
“After years of dreaming about creating a line that would help women feel confident, powerful, and like a million dollars without breaking the bank. One day, sitting in my bedroom, I decided to stop waiting. I ordered a sewing machine, a cutting table, and transformed a guest room into my first studio. That moment changed everything”, Diana talked about how her eponymous label started.

Shaping Miami’s fashion renaissance

Over the past seven years, Diana’s work has appeared on red carpets, graced magazine covers, and been embraced by international celebrities. Yet, despite the growing recognition, she retains an unwavering humility and a deep gratitude.
“Seeing my designs worn by public figures is always validating, but what truly moves me is when I see how a dress elevates women’s confidence. Every moment when a client looks in the mirror and says she feels beautiful stays with me and never stop making me smile”, Diana said heartily.
Looking ahead, Diana considers expansion, innovation and evolution are essential, but at the heart of it all is women. As the brand grows, her greatest goal is to reach more women around the world and help them feel confident, powerful, and seen. Vietnamese women is one of those woman that Diana Kassabov love to design for. She hopes to bring a touch of her signature elegance and bold sensuality to enhance the confidence that Vietnamese women already embody.
