Harper’s Bazaar VN (HBZVN): We would like to extend a warm welcome to you, Afinskaya Anastasia. We have three questions for you. 1– How do you harmoniously balance such diverse aspects of life? 2– What helped you build this lifestyle model?; and 3– Where do you find the energy, strength, and enthusiasm?

AFINSKAYA ANASTASIA: I’ll gladly share my journey’s truth with you and the readers. Let’s start with my early years when, at 12, I was left alone, living at a train station with no means of support.

I quickly learned that life’s main value lies in freedom from poverty, fears, and limitations. Without elders or authorities, I took swift responsibility for my life. Witnessing life’s variety, I aspired to create the best version possible. Working 20-hour days, doing odd jobs, and dreaming grand plans consumed me. I seized every opportunity to learn.

This period taught me to make choices about time, relationships, character, investments, and avoidance. I couldn’t afford mistakes; it was either sink or ascend to levels I disapproved of. I understood the need to meet myself and my goals. I explored new approaches without losing sight of my objectives, fostering the ability to remain undistracted.

Constant learning, even during financially lean times, sculpted my journey. I gathered insights from people, books, courses, universities, and various spiritual traditions. This, I believe, answers your query about ‘combining everything.’ I simply love living! The word ‘LIVE’ carries profound meaning—taste, joy, sweetness. Pronounce it aloud, savoring its gift from above!

For 15 years on Instagram, I’ve shared the joys and tribulations of a woman forging herself. My blog motivates followers who seek my approach to life, openness, and sympathy. Fifteen years ago, I initiated a private practice. Those who connect with me experience inner balance, tranquility, confidence, and accelerated growth in income and quality of life.

Regarding your third question about enthusiasm—life, to me, is a divine game. I constantly ask, ‘What else do I want to experience? What valuable creations do I wish to contribute to this world?’ This curiosity led to whale diving, sailing, moonlit dancing, and launching a jewelry business.

Creating jewelry with spiritual meaning fascinates me. I envision my pieces as artifacts for modern alchemists—individuals bravely shaping a new reality. My interest lies in exploring new sensations, feelings, and states. I believe everything is possible because I see the future, not as a dream but as a reality waiting to be reached.

HBZVN: Anastasia, listening to you is uplifting. Why do most people struggle to pursue or achieve their goals?

AFINSKAYA ANASTASIA: Lack of belief in oneself, the world, and life. Inability to manage thoughts, emotions, time, experiences, connections, money, knowledge, and skills. Ego-driven thoughts—destructive self-talk like ‘I can’t, I won’t succeed, no one will help me.’

These self-sabotaging thoughts distract us from our goals, betraying our dreams to fate. Unintentionally, these thoughts stem from psychological traumas acquired during our formative years. All traumas reside in the Ego, but within us exist other components—the Divine, the Spirit, our true nature.

Connecting with this greatness involves helping the Ego heal and liberate itself from pain. This is a crucial, albeit lengthy process. Alternatively, I’ve discovered a faster route—traveling to Peru and engaging in practices with ayahuasca. Over seven years, I’ve learned from a 106-year-old shamanic tribe elder through 230 ceremonies.

This journey facilitates healing, freeing the mind from limitations. Afterward, you realize nothing can impede you from pursuing goals. Aging becomes a subjective concept, and participants often rejuvenate during our trips.

HBZVN: How can one join your group?

I organize unique groups twice a year, including businessmen, government officials, creatives, mentors, coaches, or anyone ready to start living a unique life. These mystery-filled trips feature a shamanic elder and three shamans connecting participants to the Tree Of Life. The anticipation for the next trip is high, and participants eagerly await news about these transformative journeys.

HBZVN: What do you wish for our readers in the New Year?

Never stop dreaming, surround yourself with generous people, seek self-understanding, and love life as it is. Even in difficulties, remember—the darkest hour is just before the dawn.
